Plexal is delighted to welcome applications for our Cyber Runway:Glasgow pitch day.
Do you have a cyber security solution for the Financial sector that you’d like to pitch to investors and industry experts?
We are looking for startups / organisations that are building cyber security solutions for the financial services sector to join us and pitch their solutions.
Of particular interest are products related to data leakage management.
We are pleased to be joined by Lloyds Banking Group and FinTech Scotland who will share their challenges and insights followed by Q&A from attendees.
This event will be a great chance for startups to network with fellow startups, industry experts and investors. Startups will also get to hear about how they can better engage with the local ecosystem and the various innovation programmes on offer.
Our panel of judges from Lloyds Banking Group and FinTech Scotland willl provide feedback to those that are selected to pitch.
About Cyber Runway:
Cyber Runway, funded by the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), is the UK’s largest cyber security accelerator. We work with founders from idea to scale up to fast-track their growth. Over the past two years we’ve supported nearly 200 companies and helped them launch products, raise funding and secure pilots.

Holyrood Connect’s cyber security event is making its debut in Glasgow on 5 February 2025.
This event is an opportunity to exchange ideas, explore strategies, and network with other public and third sector professionals in person to develop your organisation’s cyber security.
Through panel discussions and a masterclass, this half-day event will help you gain insights into protecting your organisation in the age of growing cyber threats, including:
– Evaluating existing public sector challenges in cyber security prevention
– How specific challenges can be addressed and dealt with effectively
– Managing digital resilience through training
– Exploring the free tools and services available to support public and third sector organisations
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage with our panellists and industry leaders during the event.

Let’s highlight some of the great achievements within the tech sector over the last 12 months – nominate your organisation or an individual for the chance to be recognised amongst your peers.
